About

Welcome! My name is Margaret. I’m an English major, meaning I love to read and write. Like many writers, I’m introverted and reserved. I sometimes struggle to make my voice heard in a loud world. My voice may not be loud, but my writing is.

Like many people, I have an anxiety disorder. With treatment, there’s very little I can’t do. Along the way, I’ve learned how to cope with my anxiety. It took a lot of trial-and-error, but I can live a full and active life.

When my anxiety was really bad, it was hard because I felt alone in my struggles. I don’t want anyone to ever feel alone in their struggles.

Now that my anxiety is under control, I would like to offer my tips and tricks for coping with anxiety disorders. You don’t have to feel alone in your struggles.

Things will get better. It may be hard to believe, but it’ll happen.

Even though I’m writing for people who have anxiety disorders, much of what I write about can be applied to other mental health disorders as well. If you have a loved one who has an anxiety disorder or other mental health disorder, you can get ideas for how to help them cope, as well as give you better insight into what it’s like to have an anxiety disorder.

Thanks for stopping by!
